Nurilia and Me – Interview with Samia

Recently we spoke with Samia, to tell us about her pregnancy journey. Today, she and her companion will be parents for the second time. We thank her for her testimony on their difficulties in having a child.

Can you introduce yourself quickly?

Hello, my name is Samia, I am 35 years old. With my husband we have been together for almost 10 years. We already have a child that I had through IVF (in vitro fertilization). And there, I am 4 months pregnant again thanks to the same protocol.

Can you tell us about your journey to have a child?

In fact, it was quite hard for me at first, I have ovarian failure and was told I couldn't have children. I was prescribed a treatment and then directed to egg donation, something we didn't want.

So I went to Lyon, where my sister advised me of a specialist she had already met. We tried a first IVF without result. For the second attempt, it went better because of the increase in follicles, but the embryos did not hold. It was following this attempt that I started the Nurilia treatment with Tetrafolic® and Actifolic®. My husband also took Actifolic®. This is where my pregnancy started and it went well.

How was it psychologically for you?

It was hard, especially the first attempt. I had just started a new job, I had professional constraints. There, repeating an IVF was even more complicated, since it is necessary to plan another organization with the management of my son.

I don't know where I got this strength from, it was really complicated. Do not despair, it is true that it is a very complicated and tiring course. You have to be strong and acupuncture has done me a lot of good. 

Do you think Nurilia helped you have a child? 

Since I had positive IVFs by taking Nurilia products and in particular Tetrafolic®, I tell myself that it felt good. Afterwards, I don't know, there is also the psychological that speaks. But I take them back, I tell myself that this will give us more chances.

Today, I continue to take Nurilia supplements with Actifolic®, Tetrafolic® and Natal pluriel®.
