We are at 7 weeks of amenorrhea and 2 beautiful embryos are developing! 

After three years of trying, we started the process with a fertility center. Exams start:
– blood tests and spermogram for him.
– Hysterosalpingography, blood tests, echo for me
The verdict is in: everything is normal.  

We therefore attack the PMA process: after 4 ovarian stimulations, no start of pregnancy.
We are attacking the inseminations but the Covid forces us to stop everything.
Resumption of treatments with three inseminations and still no positive results.
We then continue with a first IVF, with a transfer in several times of three embryos. The BHCG level remains desperately at 0…

Then we are offered IVF ICSI, again four embryos transferred over several cycles. No result.

I ended up falling via the networks on Dr. Cohen in a mini conference who talks about the MTHFR mutation and homocysteine, which can explain certain unexplained infertilities. I searched the net and ended up discovering that Chance! Dr. Cohen is in my town. I contact him and he agrees to receive us. We leave full of hope and we do blood tests right away. 

Verdict: Homozygous mutation for my spouse. 

We both attack a treatment: FERTIBIOL et CONDENSYL for him TETRAFOLIC and POLYKYSTIK for me.

Four months later, we are starting the 3rd IVF ICSI. As with the first two IVFs, we transfer two fresh embryos.

It's a miracle, I'm pregnant!!! 

I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Cohen during my PMA (Medically Assisted Procreation) journey.  

After 3 failures (of IAC) artificial insemination, a diagnosis with an AMH level of 0,60 at the age of 33, i.e. ovarian failure, then a low progesterone level, as well as a conization performed he 4 years ago (raising doubts about a potential problem with cervical mucus).  

I therefore started the Nurilia cure on December 17, 2022.

Dr. Cohen, after welcoming us so kindly, advised me to take Tetrafolic et Procrelia for me and recommended Tetrafolic and Condensyl for my husband. 

1 month later I take a pregnancy test and I get my Beta HCG blood test result, I can't believe: 

It's a miracle, I'm pregnant!!!

I never thought I would one day be able to carry out a pregnancy

After an extremely complicated Medically Assisted Procreation (PMA) journey of more than 4 years, I never thought I would one day be able to achieve a successful pregnancy. At only 29 years old, all my lights were red: an endométriose stage 4 surgery in 2017, an endometrium with active antibodies making it difficult to implant an embryo, 4 early miscarriages, early ovarian failure with a very low AMH level (oocyte quality indicator)... In short, everything was against me. There is even a gynecologist who refused to follow me, telling me that it would surely never work, that we should not persist and rather consider an oocyte donation or even an adoption.

When I was 31, I had the chance to meet Doctor Marc Cohen who believed in my dream and gave me the faith to hang on and fight even though often negative test results (from more and more catastrophic) and the repeated failures pushed me to give up everything. I also had to take breaks in my career in order to recover psychologically.

Doctor Cohen first prescribed me Procrelia Women for several months in order to regulate my hormonal system. Improvement was seen after 3 months.
He then prescribed me a more important treatment in order to remove all the brakes which hindered my pregnancy project: I therefore continued with Actifolic, Fertility et Natal plural to have all the necessary supplements for procreation and a good start of pregnancy.
Then I continued with Gestalia et Natal pluriel until the end of my pregnancy in order to provide all the necessary nutrients to the babies. Because yes! Miracle, today I am 3 months pregnant and expecting twins!

I got pregnant again, naturally, without going through IVF!

I am 40 years old, and I had been trying for a child for almost 7 years when I started taking Nurilia food supplements. I wanted to be a mom and for me, it couldn't be otherwise. Several doctors told me that I only had a 3% chance of getting pregnant and talked to me about adoption. But deep down I knew that I wanted to give birth naturally. I had a difficult journey, with several IVF attempts.

Doctor Cohen then recommended the Nurilia products to me. The natural content of the products inspired me with confidence. 

My husband took Tetrafolic for 1 month and I got pregnant after taking Tetrafolic and Procrelia Women for 5 months. These products have strengthened my body and my morale…

Unfortunately, I suffered a miscarriage due to a fibroid that developed during my pregnancy. I then continued to take the Nurilia products and 9 months after my miscarriage, I fell pregnant again, naturally, without going through IVF!

Throughout my pregnancy, I continued to take Nurilia dietary supplements: Procrelia Women but also Natal Pluriel. My pregnancy went very well and my little boy was born and in great shape! After giving birth, I started taking Postpartel et Capiphane which I took for 3 months. I thank all the people who accompanied me and who believed in our success, as well as Nurilia!

Every day I contemplate this miracle and I am grateful to all the people who have helped me in this adventure.

I was 31 when I discovered that I would have difficulty conceiving a child. After 6 months of unsuccessful attempts and a history of miscarriage, my gynecologist, Dr. Cohen, advised me to do a fertility check-up without further delay. A specialist in fertility problems, he was very responsive and I can't thank him enough. I carried out a complete blood test, with in particular the dosage of the anti-Mullerian hormone, which is one of the main markers of fertility since it reflects the state of the ovarian reserve. These analyzes revealed a very low rate for my age compared to the average. These are premature ovarian failure; more concretely, this means that without recourse to medical help, I cannot become pregnant naturally.

The sky then fell on my head… Having children was too close to my heart. I collapsed, I felt completely helpless, unable to have a child normally, like everyone else. I was also angry that I hadn't known sooner. I still felt young... Me who used to find answers and solutions, there I had none, the most total nothingness... To describe more precisely my state of mind at that time, I didn't ve never been so afraid that my life would lose its meaning if I didn't become a mother… It was very violent. This situation was inconceivable and I could not let the months go by without trying anything.

Dr. Cohen then recommended a treatment, ovarian stimulation, to perform when I was ready, because I had to take the hit. In the meantime, he advised me to take the dietary supplement Foliclia. At the same time, I started acupuncture sessions. After a few months, we tried a first ovarian stimulation. I waited impatiently for the end of this cycle to take a pregnancy test which turned out to be positive. Unfortunately, a few days later, it ended in an early miscarriage… Hope fell. I was devastated. I no longer knew what to cling to. Dr. Cohen had warned me that it would probably take several stimulations, but I was so disappointed and at the end of my rope… I then decided to release the pressure, to give myself a few months before trying a series of injections. I continued to take my Nurilia vitamins diligently and scheduled new acupuncture sessions. And without having seen it coming, a month later I was pregnant again, and of course!

I was terrified of another miscarriage for the first few weeks, but a sturdy little baby held on well! I have been very lucky. I think I owe this to a combination of ovarian stimulation, Nurilia supplements and acupuncture. I took Tetrafolic at the beginning of my pregnancy then Gestalia from the 4th month. I had a very calm pregnancy, without any problem, I gave birth at term to a beautiful little boy who is now 10 months old.

Every day I contemplate this miracle and I am grateful to all the people who have helped me in this adventure. Today I keep taking Procrelia Women to boost my AMH levels and Capiphane to strengthen my hair and my nails after my pregnancy. I plan to redo analyzes in 5 months to follow the evolution of my rate, because I wish to allow myself the possibility of a second child. I'll be sure to let you know what happens next.
